Frequently Asked Questions of CDP Parish Leaders
How do I get technical support using the Parish Leader Dashboard?
Contact Paulist Evangelization Ministries by using the Contact Us function at the top of the CDP homepage.
How long does it take for an individual to complete the CDP survey?
On average it takes about 15 minutes.
Can I encourage more parishioners to complete the CDP survey?
Yes, you can invite parishioners to take and complete the survey up to the point of generating the parish report.
Are refunds given for parishioners who register to take the CDP but do not take it?
Refunds are not given.
After I have created the parish report, can I add more parishioners?
No. The process ends once the CDP administrator generates the parish report. That is why it is important to give sufficient time for parishioners to take the CDP.
How much time should be allotted for parishes to complete the CDP?
Parishes have very different cultures and parish leaders will know how quickly or slowly parishioners respond. At least three weeks should be allotted for every parish. Some parishes will need more time but, generally, the longer a parish takes to complete the CDP the harder it is to maintain enthusiasm.
How long do I have access to the parish dashboard and the parish report online?
A parish will have online access to its report for one year after the report is generated. Individuals in the parish will also have online access to their personal reports for one year.
